Itinerary Details

DAY 1  Your local guide and driver will warmly welcome you at the airport or train station upon arrival. After a 40-minute drive, you will check in at your chosen hotel.

 DAY 2  After a delicious buffet breakfast, we will head to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park to start our adventure.  

Enjoy the scenic ride on the Bailong Elevator directly to Yuanjiajie, the inspiration for the Hallelujah Mountains in Avatar. From Yuanjiajie, you’ll visit stunning viewpoints such as the Back Garden, the First Bridge Under Heaven, and the Ape Man's Moon Viewing Platform, where you can admire the breathtaking peaks and walk across the "Sky Bridge."

Lunch will be at your own expense at a local restaurant. Afterward, the park shuttle bus will take you to Tianzi Mountain, where you can enjoy views of the Imperial Writing Brush Peaks, Xihai Stone Forest, and the Fairy Scatter Flowers. Then, take the cable car to experience a 360-degree panoramic view of the unique karst landscape.

DAY 3  Enjoy breakfast at 8:00 AM before we head to the Glass Bridge. If you have a fear of heights, this will be an exhilarating experience!

Afterward, we will continue exploring the Grand Canyon. Walk on the glass bridge, take in the beautiful waters and spectacular waterfalls, explore caves, and try activities like the Via Ferrata, zip-lining, slides, and bungee jumping.  

In the afternoon, enjoy a leisurely stroll along Jinbian Brook, the only place in Zhangjiajie where mountains and water meet, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere.

DAY 4  We will take a one-hour drive to Tianmen Mountain, known as the "New Legend of Zhangjiajie." Standing at 1,500 meters, it is the highest point in the Zhangjiajie area, featuring a landscape distinct from Zhangjiajie National Park.

This remarkable mountain holds four Guinness World Records, each leaving a lasting impression on visitors, including the highest and largest cave, the glass plank road, the 999 steps, and the 99 curves of Tongtian Road. Afterwords go to 72 Seventy-two Peculiar Buildings to try delicious chinese food.
